The Brentwood Centre retained its accreditation for Quest, UK Quality Scheme for sports & leisure, which is supported by Sport England.

The Centre has been registered for its Quest standard since 1995 and is therefore only one of a few centres’ that has continued to retain the award for 6 years running.

The accreditation is awarded after a very demanding assessment, which involves a mystery customer visit and a two-day review by leisure professional. The assessor interviews staff examines processes and evaluates the performance of the centre against several criteria. Looking for continuous improvement through out the centre.
