Health Trax Brentwood Borough Council’s walking for Health scheme goes from strength to strength. Health Trax walks currently take place in all weathers at key picturesque Brentwood locations.

In addition to this Brentwood Council launches a new mini Trax walk on 25th July from the Brentwood Centre, followed by additional dates 1st August, 8th August and 15th August. The walk takes approximately 30 minutes and is open to anyone who wishes to walk as part of a social group.

Health Trax walks are free of charge and a full programme of weekly walks are listed below. If you require more information on the Health Trax walks call Kelly at the Brentwood Centre on 01277 215151 ext 738 or alternatively turn up 10 minutes prior to the walk of your choice and introduce yourself to the walk leader.

Tuesdays: 11.00 am in Brentwood
Wednesdays: 10.00 am in Doddinghurst
Thursdays: 10.30 am in Blackmore
Alternate Thursdays stepping out Trax (advanced) takes place at either Weald Country Park or Thorndon Country Park, lasting 1 1/2 -2 hours.
