Fitness for health at the Brentwood Centre

In January of this year the Brentwood Centre re-launched their GP referral scheme fitness for health with the support of BUPA Hartswood Hospital. The scheme is now so successful that the centre is taking bookings for 2 months in advance. More and more Brentwood residents are making their lives active, helping them overcome many health issues. A few of our customers wanted to encourage others with some words of inspiration.

'I never thought I would ever set foot inside a gym again, but I'm glad I have, I have arthritis in my knees and they don't feel so tight now. I feel more alive and fit. Friends I tell are very impressed.'

All the staff are great, they are very friendly and most helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble".
