To receive a Gold Card membership, simply submit to Main Reception a completed & signed application form and appropriate fee (cheques & postal orders should be made payable to Brentwood Borough Council - do not send cash through the post) one passport-size photograph per applicant (not necessary for children under 5 years) with applicants name written on back of photograph
