1. The Gold Card is valid until the date identified on the Gold Card unless withdrawn prior to that date in accordance with clause 8 herein. The Gold Card is valid for casual usage as per the programme.

2. The Gold Card cannot be refunded or transferred and must only be used by the card holder as indicated on the Gold Card.

3. The Gold Card must be shown at Reception upon each visit and may be retained at Reception during your activities. The Gold Card must be produced upon request by any member of staff.

4. On production of the Gold Card at Reception, the card holder will be allowed admission to the facilities identified on the Gold Card subject to clause 5 herein. Failure to produce the Gold Card will result in a charge for admission and any activities.

5. The Gold Card holder may book certain facilities/ sessions up to 7 days in advance for their own use (contact Reception for details). The Management reserve the right to vary the facilities/sessions available for booking and strongly advise booking where possible to avoid disappointment.

6. The Management reserve the right to restrict access or withdraw availability of any facilities or refuse/ restrict admission of any person/s

7. The Gold Card holder must inform the issuing facility immediately of any changes in their circumstances included on their application form. If members cancel their membership and subsequently re-start, an administration fee will be incurred.

8. The Management reserve the right to withdraw a Gold Card if the card holder is in breach of any of these Terms & Conditions. Notification of the reason for withdrawal will be supplied in writing within 14 days of withdrawal, by the Facility Manager. If you wish to appeal against this withdrawal, you must do so in writing to the Director of Community Services, Brentwood Borough Council, within 14 days of the withdrawal, whose decision will be final.

9. Membership payment is considered evidence of acceptance of Terms & Conditions.
