1) The Centre Card is valid until the date identified on the Centre Card unless withdrawn prior to that date in accordance with clause 9 herein.

2) The Centre Card can not be refunded or transferred and must only be used by the card holder as indicated on the Centre Card.

3) On production of the Centre Card at reception, the card holder will be allowed admission to the facilities identified on the Centre Card subject to clause 4 here of. Failure to produce the Centre Card will result in a charge for admission into the facility.

4) The management reserve the right to restrict, access or withdraw availability of any facilities or to refuse/restrict admission of any person/s.

5) The Centre Card holder may book certain facilities/sessions up to 7 days in advance for their own use (contact Reception for details). The management reserve the right to vary the facilities/sessions available for booking. Payment must be made for all bookings upon admission unless cancelled 24 hours prior to booking.

6) Any cancellation or other fee shall be the liability of the card holder as detailed on the application form. All sums due payable within 7 days of cancellation date.

7) The Centre Card must be produced upon request from any member of staff. 8) The Centre Card holder must inform the issuing facility immediately of any changes in their circumstances included on their application form.

9) The management reserve the right to withdraw a Centre Card if the card holder is in breach of any of these Terms & Conditions. Notification of the reason for withdrawal will be supplied in writing within 14 days of the withdrawal by the Facility manager. If you wish to appeal against this withdrawal, you must do so in writing to the Director of Community Services, Brentwood Borough Council within 45 days of the withdrawal, whose decision will be final.

10) Membership payment is considered evidence of acceptance of Terms & Conditions.
