Express Body Pump

Express Body Pump is the entire Body Pump class in a 45 minute format! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. It'll also tone and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles.



The original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Often referred to as ‘Pump’ by those who love it, it’s one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.


Easy Workout

One of the best things about Easy Workout is that while you're having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you're getting all the health benefits of a good workout. But isn’t intense as your usual aerobic class.



Taught by our qualified Zumba® instructor, this is a class you don't want to miss. When participants see a Zumba® class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! Zumba Gold

Taught by our qualified Zumba® instructor, this is a class you don't want to miss. Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.


Strong Zumba

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.



The empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re a beginner or if you’re already a fitness freak!


Legs, Bums & Tums

Work towards a firmer bum, tum and leaner legs by attending our exercise class. Legs, Bums & Tums targets the common problem areas, incorporating a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, squats, stretches and exercises for the legs, thigh's, buttocks and stomach. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Your leg, bum and abdominal muscles will be burning with every exercise, tightening and toning as you get firmer every week.


Circuit Class

Burn fat and tone your body with our Circuit class. Circuit training is a high intensity, fast-paced workout. Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.


Body Conditioning

Body Conditioning is a whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness. Body Conditioning classes can help you on your way to get in great shape and feel great about your bodyBody conditioning classes involve a high energy, high impact workout and typically involves a combination of aerobics and toning exercises.
