Party Room Hire

If you would prefer, you can hire a party room at the Brentwood Centre.  This includes a 15 minute set up prior to the meal.  The room will be set for your estimated number of guests and will include a balloon per child.  Please advise the Brentwood Centre if the numbers vary on the day from those previously given.

Your party will take place in either the Gallery Room or Sports Bar on a weekday or the Burger Bar or Gallery Room on a weekend, depending on availability.  Should you have a particular preference on an area, please discuss this with the Party Co-ordinator at the time of booking.  Room Hire ?30.00 (all prices are per hour).

On the day of your Party

Please notify Main Reception of your arrival on the day of your party and notify the Catering Department of your requirements.  Payment for catering should be made on the day to the Catering Department (credit card payments are not accepted).

Your group will be met by a member of the Brentwood Centre staff and taken to the activity area.  Pool parties will be met at poolside by the lifeguard.

Should you not be satisfied with any aspect of your booking, please contact the Duty Manager through Main Reception.

Prior to your Booking

Party bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance.  Application forms are available from Main Reception.  On the receipt of your form, our Party Co-ordinator will contact you to discuss your specific party requirements.

Once details have been agreed, you will be sent a Party Confirmation Form, invitations and menu.  Payment must be made in full within one week of booking to confirm your booking.  Cheques should be made payable to Brentwood Leisure Trust and be attached to the payment slip.  Cheque  payments can be made by post to: Brentwood Leisure Trust, Brentwood Centre, Doddinghurst Road, Brentwood, Essex CM15 9NN or by placing in the internal post box in Main Reception.  Cash payments must be made in person at the Brentwood Centre Main Reception.  NOTE: Party payments are non-refundable should you need to cancel your party for any reason.

The Brentwood Centre reserves the right to cancel any sessions or party upon reasonable grounds.  Should your booking be cancelled by the Brentwood Centre, your payment will be refunded in full or alterative dates may be offered.  The Brentwood Centre shall not be liable for any loss which may be incurred by the hirer should the Centre need to cancel your booking.
