Pilates & Stretch

When we talk about core strength, we are talking about your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles, by working these muscles through a series of controlled exercises they then become stretched and lengthened with increased flexibility, allowing the body to become stronger and firm, without adding bulk.



Pilates is a form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates. The focus of Pilates is on strengthening your central core and abdominal muscles to control the movements.



Our wonderfully relaxing yoga classes are held in the Holistic Hub. Hatha Yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities with a combination of movement, breath, relaxation and meditation. Yoga brings an awareness to your body; how you sit, how you stand, how you breathe. It also focuses on your mind, teaching you how to relax.

Sitting Yoga

A class designed to help people access YOGA who can’t join a class which requests long periods of standing and/or floor work. Focusing on the abilities on the participants when it comes to the physical part and offering a WHOLE experience including Body, Mind & Spirit. Breathing techniques & different forms of Relaxations will help participants to create inner balance and happiness within.



Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body. Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Learning how to meditate is straightforward and the benefits can come quickly.



There are many benefits of Tai-Chi from improving posture, weight bearing for stronger bones, reduce stress, improve physical and mental performance, support the nervous system and help realize emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. These friendly classes use gentle yet effective movements which are suitable for men and women of all ages and ability. Modifications of movements can easily be achieved standing or sitting.
