Barbell Girls sessions

A women's strength training club suitable for complete beginners through to competitive powerlifters. Lead by strength & conditioning coaches who will teach you safe technique in a fun and female friendly environment.

Monday: 9:45am - 10:45am 

Thursday: 6:30pm - 8:00pm

30min HIIT gym circuit:

Targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between this 30 minute HIIT circuit will really push your muscular strength and endurance.

Monday: 8:00am & 5:00pm 

Tuesday: 10:00am & 5:00pm 

Wednesday: 9:00am & 5:00pm

Thursday: 9.30am & 8:00pm 

Friday: 5:30pm 

Saturday: 11:00am 

Sunday: 5:00pm
