Mark joins the team! 

After over a decade of being a member of the gym, since taking part in the Healthy Living Group in 2005, an opportunity arose for Mark to join the team at The Brentwood Centre, primarily bringing his local knowledge especially in performance arts and community.

In a varied role Mark is working with all of the existing staff to increase the variety of events and exhibitions which run Friday to Sunday in the International Hall, source funding for the amazing number of community projects at the centre and will look at new ways to promote the use of the Brentwood Centre and the marketing of the shows to promote footfall.

Mark has started re-using his gym membership, not least to get ready for a 5k run at Parallel London in aid of Brentwood Leisure Trust’s community garden project but also to get down to a reasonable weight in time for a, er, significant birthday in early 2018.
