Frequently asked questions Membership FAQ's When will my existing membership resume? All existing direct debit memberships will resume on 1st November. What date is my direct debit taken? All payments are taken on the 1st of every month. How do I cancel my Membership? Please email [email protected]co.uk to cancel your membership, clearly stating your full name and membership number. How long do I have to be a member before I cancel? As per the contract all memberships are a minimum of 6 months and rolling thereafter. What happened to my membership during lockdown? No payments were taken and all memberships were frozen. I have an annual membership deal, what happens? During lockdown your membership was frozen. If you didn't take advantage of the rainbow membership during the recovery period then all date extensions have been added automatically. Can I have a refund on my annual pass? As per contract signed at start of membership no refunds are awarded on annual passes but we can transfer the membership to another name. Please email [email protected]co.uk for further information. I haven't received any information from you? Please contact the centre on so we can update your information and preferences. Gym & Group Fitness FAQ's Why can't I use all the classes like before? Unfortunately, due to government guidelines we are limited to classes that can run - click here to see our latest group fitness timetable. Can I use the shower and changing facilities? Please arrive ready to train. No showers are available at present. Do I need to bring my own towel/mat for classes? We have equipment which should be cleaned by users after each use, but we do advise where possible that customers bring their own towels and mats for classes. Do I need to wear a face mask in the gym? No, but we do encourage all users to wear face coverings in public areas in all other areas of the Centre, as per the government guidelines.
