Party at the Palace with Essex Coach Core Apprentices
The Duke of Cambridge, The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry held a party at Buckingham Palace in honour of the children of those who have died serving in the Armed Forces. (13th May)
Around 850 children were invited to The Palace to take part in a range of activities from face painting, breakdancing and science experiments to cupcake decorating.
The Royal Foundation's Coach Core programmes also led workshops in beatboxing, breakdancing and a number of other sports.
Brentwood Centre's Essex Coach Core apprentice Samie Jaleel attended the event and said:
"It was a brilliant experience and glad I could help the kids and families have a great time and have a nice experience themselves."
