The Brentwood Centre is one of the premier leisure and events venues in the country. The International Hall hosts prestigious exhibitions, conferences and trade fairs, whilst its ancillary rooms comfortably accommodate smaller and more informal meetings and seminars.
The Brentwood Centre can provided full technical support and a wide range of lighting, sound and visual aid equipment for large events and overhead projectors and flip charts are available for smaller bookings.

Bouncer Parties
An all time favourite, this party makes for even more exciting fun!
Pre-School Bouncer Party - (Under 5s)
1 games attendant and soft-play. Up to 20 children.
Bouncer & Games Party - (5-7years)
2 games attendants, bouncy castle & extra space for games.
Super Sports Parties
The party with a difference! All parties are run per hour and include a supervising/games attendant.
30/30 Party - (6 years +)
Choose 2 activities and spend 30 mins on each. Discuss availability of activities with Party Co-ordinator. Up to 16 children.
Football Party (6 years +)
For up to 16 children.
Trampoline Party (7 years +)
For up to 12 children.
Trampoline & Games Party (7 years +)
For up to 20 children. The party guests are split into 2 groups and participate in party games in party games and get a chance to have a bounce on the trampolines! 2 party supervisors.
Splashtime Parties
Inflatable (8 years +)
An exciting party for those that want to get seriously wet on our giant inflatable course. 1 hour with full supervision of lifeguards. Party guests must be able to swim 25m or more. For up to 20 children
Floats (7 years +)
1 hour of water fun in our main pool. Fully lifeguard supervised. Adult:child ratio will need to be adhered to. For up to 20 children
Teaching Pool (4+ years)
Toys and games for an hour in our teaching pool. Fully lifeguard supervised. Adult:child ratio will need to be adhered to. Party Invitations and Menus
Let us worry about the food!
Children’s party menus are available and must be pre-booked with our party co-ordinator.
Please pick up a ‘party menu’ from our catering department or ask at reception.
Party Room Hire
If you would prefer, you can hire a party room at the Brentwood Centre. This includes a 15 minute set up prior to the meal. The room will be set for your estimated number of guests. Please advise the Brentwood Centre if the numbers vary on the day from those previously given.
Your party will take place in either the Gallery Room or Sports Bar on a weekday or the Burger Bar or Gallery Room on a weekend, depending on availability. Should you have a particular preference on an area, please discuss this with the Party Co-ordinator at the time of booking.
On The Day Of Your Party
Please notify Main Reception of your arrival on the day of your party and greet your party guests in the main reception area.
Your group will be met by a member of the Brentwood Centre staff and taken to the activity area. Pool parties will be met at poolside by the lifeguard.
Should you not be satisfied with any aspect of your booking, please contact the Duty Manager through Main Reception.
Prior To Your Booking
Party bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance. Application forms are available from Main Reception. On receipt of your form, our Party Co-ordinator will contact you to discuss your specific party requirements.
Once details have been agreed, you will be sent a Party Confirmation Form, invitations and menu. Payment must be made in full within one week of booking to confirm your booking. Cheques should be made payable to Brentwood Leisure Trust and be attached to the payment slip. Cheque payments can be made by post to: Brentwood Leisure Trust, Brentwood Centre, Doddinghurst Road, Brentwood, Essex CM15 9NN or by placing in the internal post box in Main Reception. Cash payments must be made in person at the Brentwood Centre Main Reception. NOTE: Party payments are non-refundable should you need to cancel your party for any reason. Catering payments will be requested 1 week prior to the party date.
The Brentwood Centre reserves the right to cancel any sessions or party upon reasonable grounds. Should your booking be cancelled by the Brentwood Centre, your payment will be refunded in full or alterative dates may be offered. The Brentwood Centre shall not be liable for any loss which may be incurred by the hirer should the Centre need to cancel your booking.
