Carl Prince
Through a very sporting past I have developed a love of all things to do with health, fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. My time within this industry has seen me looks specifically at areas such as nutrition, back stability, body conditioning, and more recently, core stability.
Having been based at national private gyms along with local authority facilities, I have experienced clients from every background and situation. I have also worked with youth players at Leyton Orient Football Club. As a result, I have developed relationships with fellow exercise professionals, as well as professionals from other industries such as sports rehabilitation. From this I created Target Fit Personal Training and have put a team together so all your exercise, nutrition and well being needs will be met.
Dawn Louise Adams
I am an outgoing, experienced and knowledgeable trainer with an extensive background in body sculpting with specific nutritional support.
As a figure competitor I recently competed in the UKFBB Southern Qualifier in Portsmouth and am very happy to say I won! It was such a wonderful day and all my hard work paid off. Officially I spent 12 weeks preparing for the competition, although really a lifetime of training and living well goes into the whole process!
Training is part of my daily routine, just like brushing my teeth and taking a shower! Without it, somehow I don't feel quite the same zest for life! I am now available for personal training sessions and am very excited to pass my knowledge, experience, expertise and passion on to you!
Neil Heppel
I have been in the health & fitness industry for over 10 years, where I have worked my way up from a Gym Instructor to becoming a Club Manager. Now working as a Personal Trainer I am doing what I love and that is training people, so that they achieve their goals through training and nutritional advice. I have worked with all kinds of clients at differing levels, ranging from amateur athletes through to older clientele with medical conditions and therefore gained extensive knowledge and experience in my chosen field.
Rachel Goddard
I have been teaching in health and fitness centres for almost 8 years. I love motivating people, seeing improvements in peoples fitness and the effects it has on them in the rest of their life.
I have experience of working in private gyms such as LA fitness, as well as public facilities such as the Brentwood centre and working on GP referral schemes. I enjoy all aspects of training and passing my knowledge onto my clients.
Dan Manser
Through a very sporting past including high levels of football, I have always had an affiliation with the gym and enjoyed training and keeping in good physical condition, this lead to me going into gym instruction and personal training.
Over the years I have learned to appreciate just how much regular exercise can help improve your body and mind. The benefits and how much better you feel after a good training session are well worth the effort.
Vicky Whymark
I am an experienced and established Personal Trainer with 10 years background in the profession. I have provided personal training and fitness solutions to a wide range of clients throughout Brentwood and surrounding areas.
Within my ten years in the industry I have gained many qualifications within different fitness activities. These include Boxercise, Kettlebell, Pilates and Pre and Post Natal Training.
Brad Pearmain
I have gained extensive knowledge in healthy dieting and training, to build maximum muscle whilst keeping body fat at a low healthy level. I have used this in my own training routine, which helped me to become a Mens Health cover model – something that was only a dream a few years ago!
With a very laid back personality and excellent knowledge of training I will help you achieve goals you never thought possible just as I have. All I need from you is the will power to succeed and I will imply a personal training routine that will get maximum results in the shortest time possible that will make day to day living that little bit better.
